Come misurare

Step 1.
Misura i tuoi piedi stando in piedi su una superficie rigida, con il tallone appoggiato al muro. Posiziona un foglio di carta sul pavimento, fissato con del nastro adesivo, sotto il piede e fai segnare a qualcuno il punto più lungo del piede (oppure fallo tu se necessario). Questa misura è chiamata “lunghezza dal tallone alla punta”.

Step 2.
Ripetere l'operazione con l'altro piede, poiché le misure di destra e sinistra potrebbero essere diverse.

Step 3.
Utilizza un righello per misurare la lunghezza dal tallone alla punta che hai segnato sul foglio. Ti consigliamo di lasciare 0,5–0,7 cm di spazio per una calzata confortevole.

SHIPPING
We offer free ground shipping on EU orders €165+. For orders placed outside the EU, shipping options will vary. We generally to process and dispatch all orders within 24 business hours. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after 12pm CEST on weekdays will begin processing the following business day. When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number.

RETURNS
We want you to love your new purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to help you complete your return. All returns will incur a €7 processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Duties and taxes paid upon purchase are not refundable.
