Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to countries within the EU, Switzerland and the UK.  Available shipping countries are listed in checkout.  Please note local duties, taxes or customs clearance fees may apply to orders shipping outside of the EU.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We generally to process and dispatch all orders within 24 business hours. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after 12pm CEST on weekdays will begin processing the following business day. When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number.

Which shipping options do you offer?

We offer free ground shipping on all orders over €300. On orders below €300, there is a flat €6 shipping fee.

When the order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information.  Additionally, you can track your order below.
