Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after 12pm CEST on weekdays will begin processing the following business day. When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number.
RETURNS
We want you to love your new purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to help you complete your return. All returns will incur a €7 processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Duties and taxes paid upon purchase are not refundable.

i really liked this model, is very comfortable when walking. you dont even feel ti have shoes on your feet. the only thing was that when i got them i looked up at your web page and it seems that this reference was discontinued. I wanted to buy another ones in a different color. PLEASE BRING THEM BACK IN STOCK. And in many colors :).

I like this model. The only issues is that insoles are to spongy. I replaced it with thin one and it works just perfect now. I would also removed stretchy rubber from the inside because it not necessary. Overall is a good quality shoes for spring or fall.
